Painting Pumpkins ~ Power Poppy

Hello everyone!!  I hope your Friday is off to a great start.  I have a super fun new digital image, from Power Poppy, to share with you today.  It's called Painting Pumpkins, and true to Marcy, it's so creative.  It's my Daughter-in-law's birthday tomorrow, and her favorite color is purple.  So when I saw this new digital image I immediately decided I was going to "paint" one of the pumpkins purple.  Why not?  It took me awhile to get the color combo the way I wanted it.  The tall skinny pumpkin?  Well...it started out aqua, then I tried a pale orange, and ended up with it being rose colored.  It's always a process for me.

My card is pretty straight forward today.  So I'm going to just give you the links to the other gals who have projects to share with you this weekend.

But before I do, I just want to let you know that we're starting previews of Power Poppy's new Christmas stamp sets on the 24th, and continuing through to the release day on the 29th.  So be sure to stop by those days to see what Marcella has come up with for this Holiday season.  You won't want to miss it.  As usual, Marcy has some really unique, out-of-the-box sets, as well as those that make you feel all cozy.

Aren't these pumpkins fun? I love your colors and how you tinted the water in the little cup, just as it would be in real life. Looking forward to the release!

Oh, sweet Tosh, this is GORGEOUS! I love the colors you chose, and I know what you mean about a "process" with the colors. I do that all the time, but you hit the jackpot with this combo. It's gorgeous coloring and a wonderfully elegant layout! I love it! Hugs and love! xoxo
