I made this card for a sweet young lady who is having a biopsy done Thursday on a tumor in her brain. She's such a little angel, I thought she'd like this sweet little image called
Lily (Stampavie). The image is colored with copics, and the wings are vellum coated with Sparkly Fluff from Our Craft Lounge. It will be available in Michelle's store
Stamper's Dream really soon. It's like fun flock, but it has a fun sparkle to it. Beautiful!!
The flowers are velvet brads by Making Memories, and the ribbon is Doodlebug. I added some Kaisercraft
rhinestone stickers to the flower centers too.
Finally, the paper is from g.c.d. studios.
My daughter wanted to make a card for Ali too. This is what she came up with.

Now, she has a completely different style than I do. I kept asking her if she wanted to add certain things, and she said..."No, I like my cards clean and crisp." I have no idea where in the world she came up with those words, cause they're never mentioned in MY stamproom. That is one huge struggle of mine...clean and crisp. I actually have to hold myself back from adding embellishments.
I did, however, convince her that her card needed ink distressing...*grin* I mean...after all, the dp already had some on it, so of course the rest needed it too....right? She did it all by herself too...even though she was afraid she'd mess everything up.
The giraffe image is from Imaginisce, and the paper is Archaic (Basicgrey). The circle charm is from Michaels.
Thank you so much for stopping by! I hope you're having a fabulous week!!
