I have quite a variety of bird cages, nests and birds throughout my home, so when I saw this image with a nest in a wreath...my heart soared!! Isn't it absolutely charming? I wanted to give a soft feet to it, so I stamped it with Walnut Stain Distress ink instead of my "go-to" Tuxedo Black (Memento), and colored it with Copics. I added a few white dots to the eggs and flower centers with my Signo gel pen too.

Oh, Tosh, this is so sweet, and look at the coloring and amazing stitching! Wow, I so admire your stitching around the circle - fabulous!
