Power Poppy May Release: Gladioli

http://powerpoppy.com/products/gladioli/
It's Day 2 for the Power Poppy May Release and we get to share what we created with the new Gladioli image!  This one was a new one for me.  I've never colored Gladioli, and I almost never use purple.  So, I thought..."Why not?  Let's go for it."

Once again, these digital images are available for purchase today.  Right this minute.  I'd aslo like to remind you that during the whole month of May, we'll not only share ideas on how to use these beauties, but we'll also give those who purchase them extra ways to win some Power Poppy goodies! Each Friday during May, we'll usher in challenges designed around our new and beautiful digi images! So head on over to Power Poppy to check them out.

I colored the Gladioli with Copics again and added the sentiment as a tag.  I printed it right on the dp.  Sweet!

Here's a close-up of the tag.  You can print the sentiment as large or small as you want.  I wanted mine to fit in this little Holiday Tag die (Spellbinders), so I made it about 1 1/2" x 1".

That's it for me today, but, if you haven't checked out what the rest of the Bloom Brigade has created, you are missing out!!  Here's a list of those hopping today:

Here's a list of the Copics I used:  V09, V06, V05, VO1, RV23, YG67, YG17, YG13, YG11

Thanks for stopping by my friends!!  Don't forget to stop by Power Poppy.  And be sure to drop in tomorrow for some more floral inspiration!!

Happy Stamping!

Tosh -- this is a stunner! I think if your card were going to a party -- it would be a black tie affair! ;-) So beautiful with those elegant touches you've added. Not to mention -- BEAUTIFUL coloring!

It's funny, Tosh... I also mentioned that I've never colored gladioli before, and it's true! I love that we have a brand new flower to color. You've used your purples so beautifully and colored these glads like you've been doing it forever. Gorgeous card, and love the little tag with the cute ribbon and button embellishment.
