Really Reasonable Ribbon Guest Designer

I'm super excited to share my post with you today. I have the honor of Guest Designing for Really Reasonable Ribbon this month, and have had a fabulous time working with their gorgeous ribbons.  I can't wait to share all my projects with you.  They truly have a fantastic variety of styles and like their name says, they're really reasonable in price.  

Today they are issuing a Buttons and Bows Theme challenge on their blog Really Reasonable Ribbon's Ramblings.




I thought it would be fun to make a banner using a variety of their fabulous ribbon.  I fell in love with the Diamond Satin Turquoise (RRR) when I saw it in this month's kit.  It's so striking and the diamonds give it a beautiful shimmer.  And the Teal Ice buttons (RRR) go beautifully with the ribbon too.
 


I started making my banners using two Waltzingmouse Stamp sets:  A Good Egg, and Vintage Banners.  I stamped them with Versamark Ink onto Kraft cs (PTI), and embossed them with white embossing powder.  I thought the two little birds would be cute with the little flourish that looks a bit like a heart and the sentiment "My Little Chickadee".  Perfect for a baby shower, or just in the baby's room.

After diecutting the banners using the Nested Pennants dies (Spellbinders), I backed them with the sweet little White Mini Pom Poms (RRR).  I think they make a super cute trim along the top.  I then backed up the Pom Poms with some Sheer White Box Pleated ribbon (RRR) to dress it up a bit.




 That's it for my take on the Buttons and Bows theme for this RRR Challenge.

Gorgeous!, love the white on kraft with these WMS images and the pop of teal is perfect for dressing it up!!

This is sooooo impressive. I love every centimeter of it. Even the money is creative - that is really the work of a genious!!!!
