I can hardly believe it's the 17th of October already. Maybe if the weather would cooperate and cool off it would feel a little more like Halloween is around the corner.
Well, the calendar says it is, and I love working with the Waltzingmouse Halloween images, so for this month's WMS Blog Party, I chose to combine Cicely at Halloween with this fun Spooky Sign Post by Cottage Cutz. The theme for this month's Blog Party is a color challenge.
Here's a picture of the colors we were to use.
I colored Cicely with Copics, and created the background scene using Ranger Distress Inks.
The words on the signs are all from one of the sentiments in the Cicely at Halloween set. I just used the Ink Isolating technique that I used HERE, and it was easy to isolate the specific words on each sign. The little bats are from the WMS set Midnight Feast.
Well, that's it for today's WMS Blog Party card. Be sure to stop by the WMS Blog and see how others incorporated these fun colors!
Thanks so much for visiting!
Happy Stamping!
