Vintage Pumpkins ~ Power Poppy August Release

Woo-Hoo!!  It's finally release day over at Power Poppy!  I hope you get a chance to head on over to the store and put in an order for these fabulous new sets!  I have some exciting news for you shoppers too...

Now, for today's card.  I used the new Power Poppy Set called Feeling Fall.  Today I created a card using the pumpkins with the cat.  Isn't that image just super adorable!?!?!?  I am in serious LOVE!!  I had a hard time getting a clear picture of the image instead of focusing on that humongous bow....  *sigh*...so,  if you click on the pictures, you can see the details better.

I was going for a kind of vintage feel, and somehow added in some sage green.  I know...not your typical Halloween color, but I actually like the colors.  The image is colored with Copics, and I used my Quickie Glue Pen and some glitter for some extra Halloween fun.

Below is a close up for a better look at the details.

Copics: Top Pumpkin ~ BG93, BG90, T5, T3, T1 Middle Pumpkin ~ T7, T5, T4, T1 Bottom Pumpkin ~ W6, W4, W3, W1, W0, W00 Cat ~ T5, T3, T1, R20

Now, if you haven't already, check out what the rest of the Bloom Brigade has to share today:
I hope you've enjoyed the Power Poppy previews this week and have been inspired to get stampin'...

Have a GREAT weekend!!
  Happy Stamping!

Tosh, I absolutely L-O-V-E the direction your creativity went with this image. Never in a million years would I have thought of this color scheme but you truly achieved such a beautiful aged look to your card. Your coloring is beautiful and between that and the gold additions this completely captures the look of those old, vintage-y fall greeting cards. AND THEN...you top it all off with one of those glorious bows that you are famous for...sigh...:)
