I had some fun combining Waltzingmouse Stamps backgrounds with Ranger Distress Inks today.
You can make any shapes or patterns you like. The possibilities are endless. I started with a 3 1/2" x 5" piece of white cardstock and cut my pattern out with an exacto knife. I then took each panel separately and inked it up with a Ranger Distress ink color. (not too heavy with the ink yet.)
Next, I inked each pattern with Versamark ink and Clear Embossed it. Lastly I added some more ink to each panel to give it a deep, rich color, and inked the edges with some Black Soot to separate the panels more. That's it.
Here's a list of the inks and stamped images:
Inks: Fired Brick, Rusty Hinge, Peacock Feathers, Walnut Stain, Crushed Olive, and Black Soot
Hope you're having a blessed week!! We're finally out of the high temps and enjoying some 70's. Doors and windows are finally open!! Woo-Hoo!!
Happy Stamping my friends!!

Hi Tosh, the distressing is perfect on your card. Goodness, I had to stop and study it for several minutes and then I keep coming back to it. It's wonderful! So glad to hear that your central CA temps have finally started to wane.
