I made this tire card for one of my nephews this week. It's ultra simple to make. All you need is the following Spellbinders' Nestabilities dies: Scallop Circle, Inverted Scallop Circle, various Standard Circles. For the center, I used my tried and true go to....JustRite. For this center I stamped the star sentiment from the set Just a Note 1 5/8" Borders and Centers with Tuxedo Black (Memento).To get the "tire treads" you first use a Scalloped Circle die (Spellbinders). You then line up a slightly smaller Circle die (Spellbinders) over the scallops. Just enough so it won't completely cut off the scallop. I then attached the tire shape to a previously cut circle shaped card.
See...easy!!
