You make me smile!!!

I stepped out of my usual style today. When looking for papers to use with today's Sketch Challenge on SCS, I found a pack of black and white dp by Kaisercraft called Ebony and ivory. So, I thought I'd give this look a try, figuring it would really make the ladybug pop off the card being that he's the only part that's red.

The darling flower image is from Anna Wight's new set called Fish Friends (Whipper Snapper), and the sentiment is from her set called Friendly Expressions (Whipper Snapper).

There is no dimension on this card...shocking, I know. The flower petals are coated with Frosted Lace stickles, and the rest is colored with copics. I made my own epoxy medallions by punching circles out of the dp and coating them with Crystal Lacquer. The rest is pretty self explanatory.

Thanks so much for stopping by. I hope you're having a fabulous week, and are stamping your hearts out.

Supplies:
Stamps - Fish Friends and Friendly Expressions (Whipper Snapper)
Paper - Ebony and Ivory (Kaisercraft), Black and White (Prismatics), Neenah Solar White
Ink - Tuxedo Black (Memento)
Accessories - Copics, Corner Tag Punch and Circle Punch (SU), Stitched Ribbon, Piercing Tool, Tim Holtz Ruler, Crystal Lacquer, Frosted Lace Stickles
