Hello creative friends!! I have a rather unusual Power Poppy card to share with you today. One of my nephews is getting married a couple of days after Christmas and their colors are going to be Blue/Silver. I thought, why not combine a Christmas image with a bridal image for the card I want to make for the bride-to-be's shower. So, I started by diecutting a frame and, using my Misti, arranging the holly from the Power Poppy Holly Golightly set, along with the sentiment from the Dream Wedding set. I embossed the holly with Bridal Tinsel (isn't that just the perfect name for a Christmas wedding card?) embossing powder (Ranger), and just added some Dazzling Diamonds glitter to the Black Onyx Versafine stamped sentiment. Everyone knows you need lots of sparkle for a wedding card right?
I colored the shoes with Copics and again, using my Quickie Glue Pen, added some more Dazzling Diamonds glitter (SU!) to the outsides of them for a little more festive look. Below is a close up so you can see the sparkle and tinsel in all its glory. ;)
Copics: B97, B95, B93, N6, N4, N2, N0, BG93, BG90

Oh, Tosh, what a perfect card for a near-Christmas wedding! I love the holly that you've used for the main pain and how it sparkles so beautifully, and the shoes are so sweet...also sparkling! Yes, this is a perfect card for the bridal shower. She is going to LOVE it! Now I wish I had an occasion to CASE this...but it's been pinned of course! Beautifully done as always, sweet friend, and have a beautiful Thanksgiving!! Hugs!
