Really Reasonable Ribbon Guest Designer

I'm super excited to share my post with you today. I have the honor of Guest Designing for Really Reasonable Ribbon this month, and have had a fabulous time working with their gorgeous ribbons.  I can't wait to share all my projects with you.  They truly have a fantastic variety of styles and like their name says, they're really reasonable in price.

Today they are issuing a Buttons and Bows Theme challenge on their blog Really Reasonable Ribbon's Ramblings.

I thought it would be fun to make a banner using a variety of their fabulous ribbon.  I fell in love with the Diamond Satin Turquoise (RRR) when I saw it in this month's kit.  It's so striking and the diamonds give it a beautiful shimmer.  And the Teal Ice buttons (RRR) go beautifully with the ribbon too.

I started making my banners using two Waltzingmouse Stamp sets:  A Good Egg, and Vintage Banners.  I stamped them with Versamark Ink onto Kraft cs (PTI), and embossed them with white embossing powder.  I thought the two little birds would be cute with the little flourish that looks a bit like a heart and the sentiment "My Little Chickadee".  Perfect for a baby shower, or just in the baby's room.

After diecutting the banners using the Nested Pennants dies (Spellbinders), I backed them with the sweet little White Mini Pom Poms (RRR).  I think they make a super cute trim along the top.  I then backed up the Pom Poms with some Sheer White Box Pleated ribbon (RRR) to dress it up a bit.

That's it for my take on the Buttons and Bows theme for this RRR Challenge.

Now, let's see your Buttons & Bows creations! We will be selecting our top three favorite projects along with a random winner from all the entries to win a $10 gift certificate to Really Reasonable Ribbon. How cool is that!!! We will be announcing the winners on April 15th.

Here's what you need to do:
* Create a new project using the posted theme. A layout, card, ATC, home decor item, hair bow, or anything your can think of.
* You may enter as many times as you like, but you're asked to provide newly designed projects. No back-linking please.
* All projects must also include some sort of ribbon/lace/trim.
* Post your project on your blog or an online gallery (using code RRR69) and link it here with the Inlinkz tool below. Please provide a direct link to your post, not an entire blog.
* You have until April 12th at 11:59 PM Eastern time to enter your projects. Thanks so much for playing and good luck.

Thanks so much for stopping by.
Happy Stamping!
