That's right! We've picked a mystery blog from today's hop and hidden a prize! So be sure to give a little shout out in the comment section as you hop around to each blog on the list. We'll draw a random winner from all of the comments on the mystery blog to win today's featured stamps. Check out the Verve Blog for all the prize details and deadlines.
It's Day 4 of Verve's Spotlight Hop, and we're featuring Holiday Greetings. I have two CAS cards to share with you today. I don't know what's gotten into me lately. CAS cards are actually a lot harder for me to make, yet that's where I keep ending up with this release. It certainly has me baffled. LOL
I also used the Plain Jane "Joy to the World" on my first card.
I thought the flakes in the set would be fun to combine with the "Joy" PJ. It's hard to see in the photo because of all the white, but I also included a punched border along the bottom.
I went the "krafty" route with my second card. I paper pieced the tree with the Lively Collection from Authentique and added some embossed white snow drifts. I stamped the stars, (or flakes) in the background, with Fresh Snow ink by Papertrey, and added the sentiment at the top with some scrap pieces of dp. Lastly I added a sweet little Martha Stewart punched snow flake with a PTI button.
That's it!! Be sure to stop by the Verve Forum for the release party tonight: 9-11 pm Eastern

Not much to explain for these two.
