I'm excited to share this card with ya'll today because I've done something I haven't done in a LONG time. I combined three different challenges. Two are Splitcoaststampers challenges that I haven't participated in for a very long time. I thought it was time to get more involved there since it's such a wonderful community of creative paper crafters, and their challenges are really inspiring.
This card is out of my box for 2 big reasons. One, I don't use bold colors, and two a color challenge is just that for me....a HUGE challenge. These are the three challenges I participated in: WMS Sketch Challenge 101, SCS Color Challenge 379, SCS Technique Challenge 381
I used all Waltingmouse images: Eat Cake (Sentiment), Dainty Doilies ~ Small (for the Half-it technique challenge), and Vintage Labels 5 (for the little tag frame).
That's about it. Be sure to check out all the challenges. They can be quite inspirational!!

ReplyDeleteI missed the punched border the first time I glance at this, but caught it second time round....been a long day LOL. Love the colour combo and well done on combining the challenges :) Love the pop of orange with the flower.
ReplyDeleteSo pretty, love the dainty stamped doily, card edge and butterfly, pretty pop of color with the flower!
ReplyDeleteHow pretty Tosh! love the colors, and the light and airy string!
ReplyDeleteWhat a beauty, Tosh! That coral rose is stunning with the blue...LOVE the delicate doily in the background! My summer goal is to do at least one SCS challenge per week. I used to do at least 1-2 every week and I miss playing so much, too!
