Tombows with a Flourish!

I have new toys!! Woot!! New to me anyway, they've been around for like forever!! Michelle just started carrying Tombow Markers in her Stamper's Dream store and ever since I was given a demo on how to use them I've been wanting to try them. Michelle has always watercolored with them so beautifully and I've been chomping at the bit to try my hand at it. And now...I'm in love. They're so easy to use and require very little time. A couple of lines and dots of color and woila!! Of course it helps to have a gorgeous image, like these Sweet Violets by Flourishes. They're stamped with Versamark, embossed with Detail Black ep and cut out with Oval Nestabilities (Spellbinders). The paper is Cosmo Cricket, and I added a few embellishments: Pearl Stickpin, Metal Corner (Tim Holtz), Dew Drops, Silky Crushed Wired Ribbon (May Arts)

    Oh Tosh you're a regular pro with those Tombows! I adore the color on those leaves, and that crushed ribbon is just plain yummy! Superb, my dear!

    somehow I think the hand holding the markers has more to do with the beautiful coloring.......this is just gorgeous.....wonderful work, gf

    Stunning Tosh!! I love the coloring on the leaves - so beautiful. I have about 80 Tombow markers on their way from Korea...this is making me miss them!! :) Love the muted color palette on this!
